NOTIFICATION

       With reference to the Notification of even number dated 23^rd January, 2026 and in view of cancellation of erroneous selection of 1(one) candidate bearing Roll No. 25T3047 who has not opted Item No. 15 against the post of Assistant Programmer (Class-III Non-Gazetted) under Chief Electoral Office, reserved for B.T.Yimchunger(Yimkhiung/Tikhir), the candidate bearing Roll No. 25T2976 is shortlisted for Viva-Voce.

Note:

        i.      The ratio of Candidates/Vacancies as per NPSC (State Civil & other Services) Recruitment Rules, 2008 under Rule 15(4) could not be maintained in some posts due to candidates having exercised multiple options, insufficient qualifying marks and shortage of General, BT & PwBD candidates.

        ii.      Viva-voce shall held on 26^th February 2026.

       iii.      Selected candidates must submit attested/self-attested photocopies along with ORIGINALS of the on the day of Viva-voce:

(a)       HSLC/Matriculation/Equivalent Admit Card for proof of Date of Birth. No other Certificate will be accepted for age proof.

(b)      Mark Sheets from HSLC/Equivalent onwards till requisite qualification.

(c)       Pass Certificate of HSLC/Equivalent onwards till requisite qualification. In absence of pass certificate issued by Institution/University, candidates may submit provisional pass certificate issued by Institution/University.

(d)      For Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) candidates, certificate from competent medical authority.

(e)       I.I., S.C./S.T. & B.T. (if applicable) certificates should be signed only by District Authority not below the rank of Additional Deputy Commissioner strictly as per latest formats.

(f)       For candidates who are Government Employees “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” should be produced duly signed by the Head of the Department, with Name and Office Seal, along with date of appointment.

(g)      Documents mentioned in the advertisement under Essential Educational Qualifications & Terms & Conditions should be produced at the time of verification, without which applications will not be accepted.
