NOTIFICATION

In pursuance of the Nagaland Public Service Commission Advertisement No. NPSC-1/ CTSE 2024 dt. 28.03.2024, Corrigendum dt.29.03.2024, Corrigendum dt.01.04.2024, Addendum dt. 15.04.2024, Corrigendum dt.16.04.2024, Addendum/Corrigendum dt. 24.04.2024, Addendum dt. 30.04.2024, Addendum/Corrigendum dt. 14.05.2024, Corrigendum dt. 02.07.2024 & Corrigendum dt. 17.10.2024  the Commission conducted Written Examination and is pleased to declare the        first list of successful candidates who have qualified for the Viva-voce, bearing the following roll numbers (in ascending order) mentioned below:

Note:

        i.      The ratio of Candidates/Vacancies as per NPSC (State Civil & other Services) Recruitment Rules, 2008 under Rule 15(4) could not be maintained in some posts in view of candidates having multiple options, insufficient requisite qualifying marks and shortage of General, BT & PwBD candidates.

      ii.      In view of the re-examination for Electrical Engg. (Degree) and Economics papers, the second list of successful candidates shall be notified shortly after the written exam.

    iii.      Viva-voce shall commence from 5^th November, 2024.

    iv.      Selected candidates must submit attested/self-attested photocopies along with ORIGINALS of the following documents from 23^rd October, 2024 till 29^th October, 2024.

(a)       HSLC/Matriculation/Equivalent Admit Card for proof of Date of Birth. No other Certificate will be accepted for age proof.

(b)      Mark Sheets from HSLC/Equivalent onwards till requisite qualification.

(c)       Pass Certificate of HSLC/Equivalent onwards till requisite qualification. In absence of pass certificate issued by Institution/University, candidates may submit provisional pass certificate issued by Institution/University.

(d)      For Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) candidates, certificate from competent medical authority.

(e)       I.I., S.C./S.T. & B.T. (if applicable) certificates should be signed only by District Authority not below the rank of Additional Deputy Commissioner strictly as per latest formats.

(f)       For candidates who are Government Employees “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” should be produced duly signed by the Head of the Department, with Name and Office Seal, along with date of appointment.

(g)      Documents mentioned in the advertisement under Essential Educational Qualifications should be produced at the time of verification, without which applications will not be accepted.

(h)   Applications will not be entertained after the last date of verification.

      v.      Details regarding Physical Fitness Test for the post of Forest Ranger will be notified in the Commission’s website shortly.

    vi.      Interview call letter can be downloaded from the Commission’s website at www.npsc.nagaland.gov.in from 29^th October 2024 12:00 Noon onwards.
