In pursuance of the Commission’s Advertisement No. NPSC-3/2019 dt. 13.11.2019 & Addendum/Corrigendum dt. 27.01.2021, on the basis of marks scored in the written examination for CESE 2019 & academic weightage, the Commission is pleased to declare the candidates bearing the following roll numbers (in ascending order) to have qualified for the Viva-voce:

Note:

1.The ratio of Candidates/Vacancies as per NPSC (State Civil & other Services) Recruitment Rules, 2008 under Rule 15(4) could not be maintained for some posts in view of candidates having multiple options and shortage of General/BT/PwBD candidates.

2.Viva-voce shall commence from 14^th June, 2022. Detailed viva-voce schedule will be notified in the Commission’s website and notice board shortly

3.Selected candidates must submit attested/self-attested photocopies of the following documents from 26^th May 2022 till 7^th June 2022.

(a) HSLC/Matriculation/Equivalent Admit Card for proof of Date of Birth. No other Certificate will be accepted for age proof.

(b) Mark Sheets from HSLC/Equivalent onwards till requisite qualification.

(c) Pass Certificate of HSLC, HSSLC, Degree, Post Graduate, NET, P.HD, B.Ed, M.Ed, issued by Board/University. In absence of Degree pass certificate issued by University, candidates may submit provisional pass certificate issued by Institution/University.

(d) For Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) candidates, certificate from competent medical authority.

(e) I.I., S.C./S.T. & B.T. (if applicable) certificates. I.I., S.C./S.T. & B.T. certificates should be signed only by District Authority not below the rank of Additional Deputy Commissioner strictly as per latest formats.

(f) For candidates who are Government Employees “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” should be produced duly signed by the Head of the Department, with Name and Office Seal, along with date of appointment.

4.Interview call letter can be downloaded from the Commission’s website at www.npsc.nagaland.gov.in from 7^th June 2022 onwards.
