NOTIFICATION

In pursuance of the Commission’s Advertisement No. NPSC-2/2019 dt. 14.10.2019 and P&AR Department Notification No. AR-3/Gen-9/97 dt. 13.08.2020 and with reference to Notification NO.NPSC/C/AK/2009 dt.12.12.2019, 29.02.2020 & 09.03.2020, the Commission is pleased to declare the Mains written examination results and allow the candidates bearing the following roll numbers (in ascending order) to appear for Viva-voce.

Note:

i.    Viva-voce shall commence from 15^th April, 2021 onwards.

ii.   Selected candidates must submit attested/self-attested photocopies of the following documents along with ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS for scrutiny from 5^th April 2021 till 9^th April 2021.

(a)     HSLC/Matriculation/Equivalent Admit Card for proof of Date of Birth. No other Certificate will be accepted for age proof.

(b)  Mark Sheets from HSLC/Equivalent onwards till present qualification.

(c)     Pass Certificates of HSLC, HSSLC & Degree issued by Board/University. In absence of Degree pass certificate issued by University, candidates may submit provisional pass certificate issued by Institution/University.

(d)  For persons with benchmark disability, certificate from competent medical authority.

(e)       I.I., S.T. & B.T. (if applicable) certificates. I.I., S.T. & B.T. certificates should be signed only by District Authority not below the rank of Additional Deputy Commissioner strictly as per latest formats.

(f)    For candidates who are Government Employees “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” should be produced duly signed by the Head of the Department, with Name and Office Seal, along with date and nature of appointment.

iii.  Interview call letter shall be issued from the Commission’s Office only to those candidates whose documents have been scrutinized and found to be in proper order.

iv.  Selected candidates will also be required to exercise their post preference and submit their particulars in prescribed format which will be issued by the Commission. No request for change of post preference will be entertained.

v.   Selected candidates are to produce all the original documents on the day of Viva-voce without which they will not be allowed to appear the Viva-voce.

vi. Selected candidates are to access the Commission’s Notice Board and website at www.npsc.co.in  for information on Medical and Physical Test.
