In pursuance of the Nagaland Public Service Commission Advertisement No. NPSC-5/2018 dated 20^th December, 2018, Addendum/Corrigendum No. NPSC/ADVT-1/04 (vol-1) dated 1^st February,2019, Addendum dated 21^st February,2019, Notification dated 5^th April, 2019, Corrigendum dated 9^th April, 2019, Addendum dated 17^th April, 2019 & Corrigendum dated 31^st January 2020, the Commission conducted Written Examination and is pleased to declare the list of successful candidates who have qualified for the Viva-voce bearing the following roll numbers (in ascending order) mentioned below:

Note:

        i.      The ratio of Candidates/Vacancies as per NPSC (State Civil & other Services) Recruitment Rules, 2008 under Rule 15(4) could not be maintained in some posts in view of candidates having multiple options, insufficient requisite qualifying marks and shortage of General and BT candidates.

      ii.      Viva-voce shall commence from 17^th February 2020.

    iii.      Selected candidates must produce ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS for verification from 5^th February 2020 till 12^th February 2020.

(a)       HSLC/Matriculation/Equivalent Admit Card for proof of Date of Birth. No other Certificate will be accepted for age proof.

(b)      Mark Sheets from HSLC/Equivalent onwards till requisite qualification.

(c)       Pass Certificate of HSLC, HSSLC & Degree issued by Board/University. In absence of Degree pass certificate issued by University, candidates may submit provisional pass certificate issued by Institution/University.

(d)      For People with Disabilities (PwD), certificate from competent authority.

(e)       I.I., S.C./S.T. & B.T. (if applicable) certificates. I.I., S.C./S.T. & B.T. certificates should be signed only by District Authority not below the rank of Additional Deputy Commissioner strictly as per latest formats.

(f)    For candidates who entered Government Service after the last date of form submission, “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” should be produced duly signed by the Head of the Department/Administrative Head, with Name and Office Seal, along with date of appointment.

    iv.      Interview call letter shall be issued from the Commission’s Office only to those candidates whose documents have been scrutinized and found to be in order.

      v.      In view of Backward Tribe (BT) candidates not scoring the qualifying marks/no candidates, some of the reserved posts could not be filled up and therefore those posts for BT shall be re-advertised.
