In pursuance of the Nagaland Public Service Commission Advertisement No. 3/2017 dt. 07.12.2017, Addendum/Corrigendum No. NPSC/ADVT-1/04 (vol-1) dt. 12.03.2018, Corrigendum dt. 21.03.2018, Addendum/Corrigendum dt. 18.04.2018 & Corrigendum dt. 08.10.2018, the Commission conducted Written Examination and is pleased to declare the list of successful candidates who have qualified for the Viva-voce, bearing the following roll numbers (in ascending order) mentioned below:

  The candidates bearing the following roll numbers are hereby called for direct interview for various posts under Rule 18 (1) (iii) of NPSC (State Civil & Other Services) Recruitment Rules, 2008:

Note:

i.      The ratio of Candidates/Vacancies as per NPSC (State Civil & other Services) Recruitment Rules, 2008 under Rule 15(4) could not be maintained in some posts in view of candidates having multiple options, insufficient requisite qualifying marks and shortage of BT candidates.

ii.      Viva-voce shall commence from 15^th November 2018.

iii.      Selected candidates must submit attested/self-attested photocopies of the following documents along with ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS for scrutiny from 29^th October 2018 till 9^th November 2018.

(a)       HSLC/Matriculation/Equivalent Admit Card for proof of Date of Birth. No other Certificate will be accepted for age proof.

(b)   Mark Sheets from HSLC/Equivalent onwards till requisite qualification.

(c)       Pass Certificate of HSLC, HSSLC & Degree issued by Board/University. In absence of Degree pass certificate issued by University, candidates may submit provisional pass certificate issued by Institution/University.

(d)   For physically handicapped candidate, certificate from competent medical authority. 

(e)       I.I., S.C./S.T. & B.T. (if applicable) certificates. I.I., S.C./S.T. & B.T. certificates should be signed only by District Authority not below the rank of Additional Deputy Commissioner strictly as per latest formats.

(f)    For candidates who are Government Employees “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” should be produced duly signed by the Head of the Department, with Name and Office Seal, along with date of appointment.

    iv.      Interview call letter shall be issued from the Commission’s Office only to those candidates whose documents have been scrutinized and found to be in proper order.
