Note:

i.    Viva-voce shall commence from  4^th October 2017 onwards.

ii.   Selected candidates must submit attested/self-attested photocopies of the following documents along with ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS for scrutiny from 28^th August 2017 till 16^th September 2017.

(a)       HSLC/Matriculation/Equivalent Admit Card for proof of Date of Birth. No other Certificate will be accepted for age proof.

(b)   Mark Sheets from HSLC/Equivalent onwards till requisite qualification.

(c)       Pass Certificate of HSLC, HSSLC & Degree issued by Board/University. In absence of Degree pass certificate issued by University, candidates may submit provisional pass certificate issued by Institution/University.

(d)   For physically handicapped candidate, certificate from competent medical authority.

(e)       I.I., S.C./S.T. & B.T. (if applicable) certificates. I.I., S.C./S.T. & B.T. certificates should be signed only by District Authority not below the rank of Additional Deputy Commissioner strictly as per latest formats. 

(f)    For candidates who are Government Employees “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” should be produced duly signed by the Head of the Department, with Name and Office Seal, along with date of appointment.

iv.  Interview call letter shall be issued only to those candidates whose documents have been scrutinized and found to be in proper order. Interview call letter can be downloaded from the Commission’s website with effect from 25^th September 2017 onwards.

v.   Selected candidates will also be required to exercise their post preference and submit their particulars in prescribed format which will be issued by the Commission.

vi.  Candidates are to produce all the original documents on the day of Viva-voce without which they will not be allowed to appear the Viva-voce.
