NOTIFICATION
NO. NPSC/C-5/2012 :: In view of the Hon’ble Court’s directions in the W.P(C) 139(K) of 2017, W.P(C) 140(K) of 2017, W.P(C) 141(K) of 2017, W.P(C) 142(K) of 2017, W.P(C) 143(K) of 2017, W.P(C) 152(K) of 2017, W.P(C) 157(K) of 2017 and W.P(C) 176(K) of 2017 the following candidates whose Roll Numbers were shortlisted for viva-voce vide Notification NO.NPSC/C-5/2012 Dt. 28th June, 2017, however, were rejected as per Notification No. NPSC/EXAM-REJ/2012 Dated, 21/7/2017, 26/7/2017, 2/8/2017, 9/8/2017, 18/8/2017 are hereby notified to be present for viva-voce on 26th and 27th September, 2017.

Further, in view Hon’ble Court’s dismissal of the petition in W.P(C) 146(K) of 2017 and in order to fulfill the ratio of 3:1 as per the Recruitment Rules of 2008, the following Roll Numbers which were not shortlisted earlier vide the aforesaid notification dated 28/6/2017 are hereby notified to appear the viva voce:

They are to submit their relevant certificates as mentioned in Notification NO.NPSC/C-5/2012 Dt. 28th June, 2017 alongwith the original documents w.e.f. 18-09-2017 to 20.09.2017.
Note:
1. The Commission is to notify that no further interview for the CTSE 2016 shall be conducted irrespective of whether the ratio of 3:1 has been fulfilled and that the Commission shall proceed to declare results of the CTSE 2016 examination after the viva voce conducted on 26th and 27th September, 2017.
2. As per the direction of the Hon’ble Court in W.P(C) 176(K) of 2017, candidates for the post of Medical Officer may produce their original certificates on or before the 5th of October, 2017.
3. All other candidates are to produce their original certificates on the day of interview without which they will not be allowed to appear the interview.
4. The candidates are advised to download their Interview Call Letter from www.cte.npsc.co.in w.e.f. 21- 09-2017.
