NOTIFICATION
NPSC/CON-35/2009 :: Whereas a complaint has been received from a candidate bearing Roll No. 11705 that he was given Test Booklet No. 601889 of “A” Series and a OMR Answer Sheet containing a different No. 601866. He has further stated that he brought this matter to the notice of the invigilator who had instructed him to indicate “A” Series in the OMR which accordingly was done. However, the OMR being of “B” Series, his answer was corrected as per “B” Series and as such, he could score only 7.67 in the examination.
On verification of the complaint, it is found that his OMR Answer Sheet has been interchanged with the OMR Answer Sheet of the candidate sitting next to him as stated. On re-evaluation of the OMR Answer Sheet of the aforesaid candidate as per “A” Series, the candidate scored 118.70 which is eligible to be shortlisted in a particular BT category. The Commission in its meeting held on 24th March, 2017 after considering the matter including the explanation of the Venue Supervisor, decided to allow the candidate to appear the Main Written examination.
Now, therefore, candidate bearing Roll No. 11705 is declared as short listed for the Main Written Examination of the NCS, NPS, NSS & Allied Services 2016 scheduled to be held from 25th – 27th April, 2017.
