NOTIFICATION 

PROGRAMME

12-12-2014  -   10:00  A.M. onwards 1. Speed-Test in Typewriting at 40 w.p.m

                                                            2. Speed-Test in Typewriting at 35 w.p.m

1.         There may be more than 1(one) batch in any grade if number of candidates offering for that particular speed test is large.

2.         Concerned Department may intimate the Names of Eligible candidates with the date of joining as Typist Gr-II and Gr-III on regular basis for the proposed speed test on or before         08-12-2014 positively along with a copy of recent passport photograph. Any communication in this regard received after 08-12-2014 will not be entertained.

3.         Further, concerned Department may direct the sponsored candidates serving under their establishment to be present for the proposed test with their own typewriting machine on the date, time & venue specified above. They should bring their respective identification cards as proof of candidature and to be present at the Examination Hall an hour before the commencement of the test. No candidates will be allowed to sit for the Speed Test without their Identification Card.

4.         Names of the eligible candidates with their Roll number will be exhibited in the Notice Board of the Commission and at the entrance of the Examination Hall. A copy of which will be endorsed to all Heads of Department.

5.         It may be made clear to the intending candidates that the success in the Speed Test in Typewriting at 40 w.p.m & 35 w.p.m shall not confer any right for promotion, unless the Appointing Authority is satisfied that the candidate is eligible for promotion in all respect.
