 NOTIFICATION 

Submission of Online Application Form for NCS, NPS, NSS & Allied Services Examination  through State Portal(SP) and State Service Delivery Gateway(SSDG)

 After receiving inputs and suggestions from various sources and detailed deliberation, it has been decided that the procedure for processing of applications shall be as follows:

 1.      Manner and procedure for applying for exams conducted by NPSC

A.       Electronic form submission online through the State Portal

a)      The candidate shall open the State Portal website  https://nagaland.gov.in  for availing the service through internet.

b)      To avail the services, candidate has to be a registered user with the State Portal.

c)      In case the candidate is not a registered user, candidate can register by clicking on the new member link, and submit relevant details as required.

d)     Candidate may log in to the state portal with the user ID and password.

e)      Candidate should click on the “Services” tab to access the various NPSC services available online.

f)       Candidate should click on the “Application for NCS, NPS, NSS & Allied Services” link under NPSC, and click on the online form (eForm).

g)      All fields marked as * on the eForm are mandatory.

h)      The Candidate should fill in the application pro-forma and upload the scanned photograph and signature, and click on submit.

i)        Instructions for uploading photograph and signature:

a.   Candidate must upload clear scanned images of their photograph and signature.

b.   Size of photograph should be approximately 200 pixels width x 250 pixels height.

c.   Size of signature should be approximately 250 pixels width x 120 pixels height.

j)        Only after proper submission of the application, State Portal Application shall generate a unique Transaction ID which can be used for tracking purposes. Candidates should note down the Transaction ID of their eForm which will be required later for downloading          e-Admission Certificate and for future reference.

 

B.       Instructions for Online Payment of Examination Fee:

a)   After submitting the eForm, candidate shall click on the Preview Button and review all the details for correctness in the submitted eForm.

b)   If any information is incorrect or photograph/signature have not been correctly uploaded, candidate may submit a new application.

c)   After candidate is satisfied that all information is correct and photograph & signature have been correctly uploaded, proceed to make online payment.

d)   Candidate must pay the fees online through the designated payment gateway for which a transaction fee will be charged by the service provider (NDML) as per the rates given below:

 e)   Page will be re-directed to NDML payment page.

f)   Candidate will select payment option: Debit Card, Internet Banking, Credit Card.

g)   Candidate will select the bank and be re-directed to the bank payment page.

h)   Fill in the required details and proceed to make payment.

i)    After making payment, page will be re-directed to the State Portal payment confirmation page. Only then, the candidate’s online application form shall be accepted.

j)    Candidate shall be notified of application acceptance by email on their state portal inbox as well as by SMS to the registered mobile number after successful online fee payment.

 C.  Electronic form submission online through the State Portal at any of the NagalandOne Common Service Centers (CSCs).

a)      Candidate can approach any one of the NagalandOne Common Service Center (CSC) for availing the online service. Candidates who apply individually from any CSC may make payment by cash a sum of Rs. 300 (rupees three hundred only) for examination fee and additional Rs. 50 (rupees fifty only) for CSC service charge which includes scanning, filling up of eForm and transaction fee.

b)      CSC personnel shall assist the candidate in filling up the eForm, scanning & uploading of candidate’s photograph & signature, submission of the eForm and online fee payment. (Refer to 1A & 1B for details)

 2.   Procedure for application processing:

a)      Online Application Form for NCS, NPS, NSS & Allied Services Examination shall be submitted by the candidate through the State Portal.

b)      After submission & payment, the eForm shall be routed to the NPSC.

c)      NPSC shall process the online application as per the existing office procedure.

 3.   NOTE:

a)   Application containing incorrect or suppressed information in any respect shall be penalized as deemed fit by the Commission.

b)         The Online Application Form shall be available from 10:00 hrs 12 May 2014 till 24:00 hrs 25 May 2014 (Last date of submission)
