Age Limit:
· A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and
not exceed the age of 30 years as on 1st of January 2024.
· The upper age limit prescribed above will be relaxed
by:

5 (Five) years

Employees will be allowed age relaxation with the equal number of years in
service, subject to a maximum of 5 (Five) years.
iii)

NOTE:
· 1 (One) post of Assistant Professor (Science Subject)
under Higher Education Department will be reserved for PwBDs under Backlog
Vacancy of 2023.
· 1 (One) post of Assistant Professor (Humanities &
Commerce subject) under Higher Education Department will be reserved for PwBDs
for new Vacancies 2024.
· 5 (Five) posts of Post Graduate Teacher from backlog
vacancy will be reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disability under School
Education from Backlog vacancies.
· 6 (Six) Posts of Graduate Teacher (Maths &
Science) shall be reserved for PwPD candidates.
· Implementation of reservation in the state is in
accordance with the notification issued vide
NO.RCBT 5/87(Pt-II) dt. 14-04-2011, 15-06-2012 & 04.09.2015. and
NO.AR-3/ GEN-9/97 dt. 16/01/2008, 13/08/2020.
· Candidates applying for posts of Assistant Professor
for CTE(Item Nos 3,12, 33, 34 & 36) has to appear separate Optional
Papers(Refer pattern of examination).
· University/Institution certified copy of Conversion
formula from GPA/CGPA/OGPA to Marks % (Percentage) must be enclosed.
· For candidates who are Government Employees, “NO
OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” signed by the Head of the Department should be submitted
at the time of submission of online application form.
Terms &
conditions:
(i)
Only those
candidates who possess the requisite qualification acquired from recognized
university/institution at the time of applying will be eligible to apply for
the post(s).
(ii) Candidates
must produce attested/self-attested photocopies of the following
documents/materials to the Commission as and when called for.
(iii) HSLC/Matriculation/Equivalent Admit Card
for proof of Date of Birth. No other Certificate will be accepted for age
proof.
(iv) Indigenous Inhabitant Certificate,
Scheduled Tribe Certificate, Backward Tribe Certificate as relevant and
applicable.
(v) Indigenous Inhabitant Certificate, S.C,
S.T & B.T Certificates should be signed only by District Authority not below the rank of Additional
Deputy Commissioner
(vi) For Person with Benchmark Disabilities
(PwBDs), certificate from competent medical authority is required.
(vii) Proof of Educational Qualification: Mark
Sheets & Pass certificates/provisional pass certificates from matriculation
onwards till the requisite qualification. If for any reason pass
certificates/provisional pass certificates are not issued by the
Board/Institute/University, certified letter from Board/Institute/University
must be submitted.
(viii) All required documents/certificates to be submitted should have been issued by the concerned authority/institution/board/university on or before the last date of submission of application form.
IN CASES OF ANY DISCREPANCIES
DETECTED, WITH REGARD TO NON- FULFILLMENT OF ELIGIBLITY NORMS /OR HE/SHE HAS
FURNISHED INCORRECT/FALSE INFORMATION (S) OR HAS SUPRESSED ANY MATERIAL, HIS/HER
CANDIDATURE SHALL STAND CANCLLED AT ANY STAGE OF THE RECRUIMENT PROCESS. The
decision of the Commission in all matters regarding eligibility, conduct of
examination, other tests and selection would be final and binding on all
candidates. No representation or correspondence shall be entertained by the
Commission in this regard.
(ix) Application form will not
be issued from the office of the Commission.
(x)
Only
those candidates with requisite qualification for Common Educational Service
Examination-2024 may register.
(xi)
Candidates who have previously completed
the OTR process may directly submit online application.
(xii) CANDIDATES ARE REQUESTED TO COMPLETE THE
OTR APPLICATION AT THE EARLIEST IN ORDER TO AVOID ONLINE TRAFFIC/ OTHER
COMPLICATIONS DUE TO LAST MINUTE SUBMISSION.
(xiii) Downloaded
Score Card duly filled as per instructions, in item-wise format must be submitted along
with online application.
(xiv) OTR
(One Time Registration) will be free of cost. Candidates have to pay examination
a fee of Rs.300/-, convenience fee of
Rs. 25/- and payment gateway charges as applicable.
In case of any assistance / information /
clarification regarding application etc. candidates may refer FAQs from
Commission’s Website /call the Helpdesk No. +91 9402988506 on working days
(1000 hrs to 1500 hrs). Any issues /
complaints must be settled on or before the last date of submission of
application. No issues / complaints will be entertained thereafter.
