ADDENDUM
With reference to the Nagaland Public Service Commission’s Advertisement No.NPSC-1/ CTSE (Engg. Services) 2023 dated 30th January, 2023 the following addendum shall be made as mentioned below.
Item No.7(a):
The
number of posts of J.E (Civil) (Class
–II Gazetted) under Transport Department
shall be increased from 1(one) to 2(two) posts. 1(one) post reserved for Indigenous inhabitant of Nagaland &
1(one) post reserved for BT Phom).
Item
No.7(d): 1(one) post
of SDO (Civil) (Class –I Gazetted)
under Transport Department. (Reserved
for Indigenous inhabitant of Nagaland)
Note:
1. Those candidates who have already
submitted their application form may opt for addition of post in order of
preference before the closing date of examination application form. They may
use the ‘Edit’ option to add/change their options.
2. Item No. 6. Essential educational qualification as per user department’s
letter received vide Urban Development Department letter NO.UD/ESTT-62/2012 dt.13.2.23.may be read as:
(a)
Bachelor
degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Bachelor of Physical Planning with
Post Graduate Degree in Physical Planning from an institute recognized by ITPI.
Or
(b) Post
Graduate Degree in Geography / Economics / Sociology with Post Graduate Degree
in Physical Planning from an institute recognized by ITPI.
3. Item No.18 (b) should be read as 1(one)
post of J.E (Civil) (Class –II Gazetted) under Works & Housing
Department and
not as rendered vide Notification No.NPSC/EXAM-6/2022
dt.27th Sept, 2022.
4. As per provision of point no 9(C) of OM No.AR-3/GEN-9/97 dated the 13th August, 2020 and No.AR-8/NSSB-9/2022 dt. 5th April, 2022 for reservation on posts of PWBD shall be carried forward for 2(two) years after which it will lapse.
Other terms
& conditions of the advertisement remains the same.
