AGE
RELAXATION:
1.
A
candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the
age of 30 years on the 1st of January 2019.
2.
The
upper age limit prescribed above will be relaxed by:
(i)
5
(Five) years for SC/ST candidates.
(ii)
Government
Employees will be allowed age relaxation the equal number of years they are in
service, subject to a maximum of 5 (Five) years.
(iii)
For Item No. 48 – 50, the upper age limit is relaxable upto 35

QUALIFICATION

No. 48 : (a) Master’s Degree from a recognized University in the relevant
subject with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade relaxable by 5% in case
of ST/SC and differently-abled candidates.
(b) Clearing of National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by
UGC/SLET/SET.
(c) Candidates who are, or have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in
accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and
Procedures for Award of Ph.D Degree) Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from
the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET.
(d) NET/ SLET/ SET shall not be required for such Masters Degree
Programmes in disciplines for which NET/ SLET/ SET accredited test is not
conducted.

University/Institution certified copy of Conversion formula
for conversion of GPA/CGPA/OGPA into Marks % (Percentage) must be produced as
and when called for.
NOTE:
1. Implementation of reservation in the state is in
accordance with the notification issued vide
NO.RCBT 5/87(Pt-II) dt. 14-04-2011, 15-06-2012 & 04.09.2015,
NO.AR-3/ GEN-9/97 dt. 16/01/2008. And NO.AR-3/Gen-9/97 dt. 13/08/2020.
2. University/Institution
certified copy of Conversion formula for conversion of GPA/CGPA/OGPA into Marks
% (Percentage) must be produced as and when called for.
3. For candidates who are Government Employees, “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” signed by the Head of
the Department should be uploaded while submitting online application.
4. The Commission also reserves the right to verify the
documents submitted by the candidates anytime during the examination process.
In case it is found that the documents submitted by the candidates are not
genuine, then his/her candidature shall be terminated and disciplinary/
criminal proceeding will be initiated. The
decision of the Commission as to the eligibility or otherwise of a candidate
for admission to the examination shall be final.
6. Syllabus for Performing
Arts, Psychology, Hindi, Environmental Science and Ao shall be made
available as and when furnished by the department.
7. OTR (One Time
Registration) will be mandatory for filling up of online application for
CESE 2019 and future online applications.
8. Online application can be submitted by login in to e-District portal i.e. https://edistrict.nagaland.gov.in
9. Online application will be available from 12:00 Noon of 05.02.2021 till 12:00 Noon
of
26.02.2021
12:00 Noon.
10. In case of any assistance / information / clarification
regarding application etc. candidates may call the Commission’s Helpdesk No. +91 8259977429 on working days between 10:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs. Any issues /
complaints must be settled on or before the last date of submission of online
application. No issues / complaints will be entertained thereafter.
11. Age Relaxation, Pay Band and Educational
qualification requirement for Sl. 1- 13 shall remain the same.
12. 3 (Three) posts of Assistant Professor
(Humanities & Commerce subjects) under Higher Education Will be reserved
for Person with Benchmark Disability.
13. 1 (One) post of Assistant Professor
(Science subjects) under Higher Education Will be reserved for Person with
Benchmark Disability.
14. 1 (One) post of Librarian under Higher
Education Will be reserved for Person with Benchmark Disability.
15. 1 (One) post of Post Graduate Teacher
under School Education Department Will be reserved for Person with Benchmark
Disability.
16. OTR (One Time Registration) will be free
of cost, but a Candidate has to pay an Amount of Rs. 310 /- only while filling
up of online application.
Note: The dates for
written examination will be notified through local media/ Commission’s website
at a later date.
