 ADDENDUM

Reference to NPSC Notification of even no. dt. 28.05.2013, the following post shall be added:

Item No. 8:-       1 (one) post of Stenographer Grade–III (Class-III Non-Gazetted) under Printing & Stationery, Nagaland, Kohima.

Qualification:-   PU/10+2 from Recognized University/Board with Diploma in Stenography with Short hand speed of 80 w.p.m & 30 w.p.m in typing

Scale of Pay:-    PB-3- 5200-20200,   GP-2600

Age as on 1.1.2013:-  Minimum-21 years                  Maximum-30 years

CORRIGENDUM

1.     The Advertisement No. may be read as NPSC-1/2013 and not as rendered.

2.     The qualifications for Item Nos.1, 2 & 3 may be read as follows:

(i)   Graduate in any discipline from a Recognized University with Diploma in Stenography with shorthand speed of 150 w.p.m. & typing 45 w.p.m. and serving as Stenographer Grade-II in any department of the Central/State Government for at least 4 (four) years. Candidates should produce promotion order to Stenographer Grade-II along with all the relevant documents.

3.     The additional qualifications for Item Nos. 4 & 5 may be read as follows:

(i)   Serving as Stenographer Grade-III in any department of the Central/State Government for at least 5 (five) years. Candidates should produce appointment order to Stenographer Grade-III along with all the relevant documents.

4.     The scale of pay for Item No. 5 may be read as:             PB-3 – 9300-34800,    GP-4200

            Other terms and conditions of the advertisement remain the same.
